However, the landscape transformed with the GFC and the Banking Misconduct Royal Commission, impacting credit access for investors and first-time homebuyers. For some background, my family started early on with an investment property in Newtown (Sydney), then moved on to purchasing care facilities and developing multi-story residential buildings. I understand the challenges and needs of property investors, whether they are at the start of their journey or gearing for retirement, whether they are a developer or a young person trying to get ahead with smart property investing and financing.
